Susan Godman Rager received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, including study at the University of Cambridge, England. Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude (English, Honors) was awarded from Virginia Commonwealth University. Earlier, an Associate in Arts degree (Commercial Art/Graphic Design) was awarded from Averett University.
