Taylor grew up in New Madrid, Missouri, and attended Saint Louis University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in health management. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law.
Following law school, Taylor served as a law clerk for The Honorable Heath Taylor. After her clerkship, she gained valuable experience working for The First Circuit Solicitor’s Office, where she handled a variety of criminal cases ranging from forgery, drug crimes, and domestic violence cases.
Taylor joined Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A., in January 2025 as an attorney in the firm’s criminal defense practice group. She is licensed to practice in both South Carolina and Tennessee, and she is a member of the Dorchester County Bar and the Charleston County Bar.
