The differences hidden between what an insurance company says they will do and what the contracts actually requires them to do is significant and those differences are why I do what I do.
People involved in personal injury cases, especially those that do not fully understand the differences discussed above, are at a distinct disadvantage. On their own, they are expected to comply with whatever an insurance company demands that they do and have no leverage to negotiate a fair outcome.
