Thomas Kocurek was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from Baylor University with a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics (1997) and earned his law degree from Baylor University School of Law (2000). Following graduation from law school, Thomas returned home to San Antonio and started his career as a civil trial attorney. He has over 20 years of experience focused on the development and trial of complex personal injury, commercial litigation, and fiduciary litigation actions. Prior to joining Wyatt Law Firm, Thomas worked as a partner at a defense firm that specialized in personal injury actions, including oil field injuries, construction accidents, premises liability, and the representation of commercial trucking clients throughout Texas.
Thomas is licensed to practice by the Texas Supreme Court and the United States District Court, Western and Southern Districts of Texas. Thomas’ trial experience includes the successful representation of individuals and commercial entities in both state and federal courts. Thomas recognizes the importance of preparation and hard work for his clients and approaches every case with dedication and attention to detail.
