As a partner at Maddox & Harding LLC, Todd Andrew Harding works with clients in South Atlanta and Griffin, Georgia, as well as those in Spalding and Fayette counties. He focuses his practice on handling personal injury, criminal law and family law cases.
Mr. Harding received a Bachelor of Arts in social science and graduated with honors from Governors State University. He then earned a Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School.
Any legal matter can give someone cause for concern regarding his or her future. A personal injury can create financial hardship, a criminal charge can threaten the freedom of the accused, and a divorce or child custody battle can lead to a new family dynamic. No matter the circumstances, Mr. Harding treats every client with compassion and respect. He knows that gaining clarity in times of distress is a key part of moving forward.
Mr. Harding helps people navigate the legal system, providing sound counsel to his clients regarding their options and making every effort to ensure that their rights are upheld. He begins each case with a free initial consultation, during which he discusses with the client his or her situation and concerns. From there, he works with his client to develop a strong argument that uses creative thinking and solid legal tactics. His extensive knowledge of the law enables him to provide comprehensive representation through every phase of a case.
Admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2006, Mr. Harding also is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
