I personally handle each case with care and devotion, and I make a point to meet with my clients face-to-face early in the case. An attorney is at heart an advocate for their client. To me this means that I must champion my client’s interest even before my own. I take this oath seriously and consider myself your champion, keeping you informed of proceedings and doing battle on your behalf to obtain the legal recovery you deserve.
I provide free initial consultations for all my clients, and in all accident cases use a contingency fee basis which means that if I do not obtain a recovery for you then there is no fee from me and no cost to you.
ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in northeast Indiana just outside of the small town of Churubusco. I inherited a strong work ethic from my father who had his own construction business. After high school, I attended college at Butler University in Indianapolis. While there I had the honor of serving as a member of the University Judicial Board, as the President of the Latino Student Organization, and as a student liaison on the University Neighborhood Operational Team. During my studies I was also fortunate to study at the Universidad de Alcala de Henares outside of Madrid, Spain. I am fluent in both English and Español.
I attended law school at Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana and at Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida.
