Trent J. Nelson is an associate attorney in the Sacramento office of Singleton Schreiber LLP and a member of the firm’s mass torts, fire litigation, and civil litigation divisions. Before joining Singleton Schreiber, Mr. Nelson worked for a large, nationwide firm as a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation practice. Mr. Nelson is currently admitted to practice in California state courts and the Eastern District of California.
Mr. Nelson graduated magna cum laude from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in 2021. During law school, Mr. Nelson represented Lincoln Law on the National Moot Court Team in San Diego and Sacramento while working as a law clerk for multiple firms throughout the Sacramento region. In addition, he interned at the District Attorney’s Office in Contra Costa County prior to attending law school. Mr. Nelson graduated cum laude from California State University Sacramento with a degree in Criminal Justice. During undergrad, he was a member of the Men's Rowing Team and Alpha Phi Sigma Honor Society.
