Ty J. Kluesner is an attorney at MacGillis Wiemer, LLC, where he focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury law, representing the interests of injured clients. Ty earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Marquette Law Review. During his summers off from law school, Ty worked for MacGillis Wiemer as a law clerk, assisting the firm’s litigation team. Ty is also a proud Badger, having received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Ty’s law career predates his decision to attend law school. Prior to entering law school, Ty worked at MacGillis Wiemer as a litigation paralegal for over two years, where he gained significant experience working alongside attorneys and assisting clients. In this role, Ty became familiar with all phases of a personal injury case, from intake to trial. Ty’s time as a paralegal was formative in his decision to attend law school and further his work of helping people injured by the negligence of others.
Ty is a lifelong resident of Wisconsin, having been born and raised in the Milwaukee area. In his free time, Ty enjoys being in the company of friends and family, trying to better his golf game, and rooting for numerous Wisconsin sports teams. Ty has also kindled a passion for all things music and playing the guitar.
