TYLER S. PHILLIPS began his legal career following his graduation from the St. Louis University School of Law in 2012. Since that time, he has developed a diverse practice area advising clients on legal matters related to estate planning, estate administration, guardianships, family and divorce, real estate, corporate, and civil litigation.
Highly focused and disciplined, Tyler develops and implements estate plans that are custom tailored for clients at all levels of wealth and stages of life.Â
As the leader of the firm’s estate planning practice, Tyler works closely with each client and their trusted advisors, accountants, bankers, and other professionals to create a comprehensive plan that helps clients realize their goals and objectives and secures the future for their families. Clients appreciate Tyler’s ability to present complex legal strategies in down-to-earth, easily understood terms.
Tyler has extensive litigation experience, arguing complex matters related to domestic relations, estate administration, guardianships, real estate, and general civil litigation matters. With a passion for building nuanced legal arguments, Tyler zealously advocates for his clients to ensure their rights are maintained at all stages of their case.
Prior to joining the firm, Tyler practiced with the law firm Blickhan, Timmerwilke, Woodworth & Larsen and most recently with Hauk & Owens, where he established himself as one of the areas most talented young attorneys.
Tyler was born and raised in Quincy, Illinois, where he graduated from Quincy Notre Dame High School before continuing his academic career in St. Louis for his undergraduate and graduate studies.Â
When not engaged in the practice of law, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and four beautiful children, playing sports, and spending time outdoors.
