Veronica A. Procter was born and raised in Billings, Montana. She started her practice at a civil ligation law firm, primarily focusing on personal injury defense, insurance matters, commercial litigation, employment law and veterinary malpractice. Veronica opened up Procter Law, PLLC, in order to expand her practice areas and better serve the Billings community and surrounding areas. She obtained her law degree from the University of Montana and an economics degree from the University of Arizona. She is admitted to practice in all Montana state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is a member of the American Association for Justice, American Bar Association, Montana Bar, Montana Trial Lawyers Association, and the Yellowstone Area Bar Association.
