Erich Scherr is a founding partner of Scherr & Scherr, LLP, Attorneys at Law. Erich is an experienced personal injury and civil trial attorney. Erich has handled hundreds of personal injury and civil disputes in nearly all of Wisconsin's state circuit courts and both federal circuit courts. His litigation practice includes: aggravated personal injury, auto and motorcycle accident injury, bicycle accident injury, dog bite injury, falling merchandise injury, personal injury, unsafe premises injury, insurance coverage/bad faith, fire and casualty, slip and fall injury, business, contract, defective construction and workplace injury, consumer law, lemon law, and real estate. Erich also counsels on real estate and business transactions.
Prior to founding his firm, Erich spent nearly a decade working at several premier insurance defense firms. His insurance defense experience was invaluable and provides him a unique perspective while now pursuing claims on behalf of clients against insurance companies.
Erich is a 1998 graduate of Marquette University Law School. He is a 1995 graduate of Indiana University - Bloomington. He has achieved a Very High rating by Martindale-Hubbell and was named a Rising Star by Law & Politics and Milwaukee Magazine in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2010. His volunteer activities include: Wisconsin High School Mock Trial - Judge, Milwaukee Bar Association Attorney Hotline, and Milwaukee County Circuit Court - Small Claims Clinic.
