Wade Suthard

Wade Suthard's law practice is focused on representing injured victims of New Jersey motor vehicle accidents and interstate trucking accidents. As an experienced New Jersey auto accident lawyer, he often assists clients through what could be the worst thing that has ever happened to them. Mr. Suthard's interest in New Jersey auto accident and commercial trucking litigation grew out of the location of his Elizabeth New Jersey office. Right off of exit 13 of the New Jersey Turnpike, directly across the street from Union County Superior Courthouse, and a few miles from Port Newark/Elizabeth, Port Authority Marine terminal, many of Mr. Suthard's clients were injured by the negligent operation of a tractor-trailers and motor vehicles. As his experience in this unique area of the law increased, so did his knowledge of the New Jersey auto accident law and the trucking industry. At this point, Mr. Suthard is an experienced semi-truck accident lawyer whose clients and referring attorneys seek his experience and skill on all types of New Jersey car accident and New Jersey truck accident cases.

Mr. Suthard graduated from the Villanova University in 1987, and received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 1990. He began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Nicholas D'Alessandro in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. He is best known as a partner with the Elizabeth New Jersey personal injury law firm of Rispoli Borneo and Suthard, P.C. He is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He sits on the Board of Governors of the New Jersey Association of justice, where he serves as Co Chair of the Auto Litigation Committee. He is a member of the American Association of Justice, where he participates in the Trucking Litigation Group and the. He is a member of the American Bar Association and that organization's Solo and Small Firm section.
