Attorney William Steinman joined the Malman Law team as a clerk in 2016. Shortly thereafter, William was named head law clerk, a position he held for three years until he joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in 2021. Through the years, William has become known as a passionate advocate for his clients and recognized for his steadfast commitment to justice.
Before joining Malman Law, Will received his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. Will then attended the evening J.D. program at the UIC John Marshall Law School while working full time as a law clerk at Malman Law, ultimately earning his J.D. in 2020. During his time at John Marshall, Will was a teaching assistant for two semesters and an Extern for the school’s Restorative Justice Program. He also worked as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Thomas J. Kelley in Domestic Relations at the Daley Center.
William was born and raised in Evanston and lived on the North Side of Chicago with his fiancé. When William is not working, he roots for Chicago’s sports teams and enjoys watching and playing tennis. William also loves to spend time with friends and family.
