Deadly Fire at Apartment Complex Leads to Over $6M Settlement

The property management and garbage companies for Northeast Portland’s Heidi Manor Apartments have agreed to pay more than $6 million to settle a lawsuit brought by the families of three people killed and another man injured in a July Fourth fire there in 2021.

Lucas wrote in court papers. Lucas represents the families of the four roommates in Apartment 4.
