Next, a thorough review process takes place during which each candidate’s credentials are carefully reviewed. Then candidates are vetted by a panel of attorneys. Finalists are approved by a judicial review board. The result is a small pool of attorneys who have earned designation as the Nation’s Top One Percent of lawyers.

He was named to the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star list between 2011 and 2013 and has been named to the Texas Super Lawyers list annually since 2013. H Texas Magazine and Houstonia Magazine continue to recognize Mr. Stogner on their annual top lawyers lists. He has been recognized as one of the Top 40 Texas Attorneys Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers since 2014. This is the soonest that an attorney can become board-certified in Texas.
