JUNE 2024

The legal community will converge in June at the Lanier Trial Academy 8.0, scheduled for June 17 - 20, 2024, at the Marriott Marquis Houston. This event offers attorneys a unique opportunity to learn from industry expert Mark Lanier. Mark shares cutting-edge strategies and techniques to refine trial preparations and expertise. Attendees can earn 14-17 hours of CLE credits, including 3 hours dedicated to ethics, pending approval in most states, while enjoying a robust schedule of lectures, sessions, and networking activities, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience. 


August brings the Big Truck & Auto Summit from August 11 - 14, 2024, at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel. This summit is essential for plaintiff attorneys involved in auto and commercial vehicle litigation. It features the nation’s top experts who will share innovative ideas and practical insights for representing injury victims. Designed to enhance your legal practice in auto accidents and big truck litigation, attendees can earn up to 17 CLE credits.


October is packed with multiple events, starting with the Lanier Settlement Academy at The Woodlands Resort Houston from October 1 - 4, 2024. This specialized negotiation training experience is designed for trial lawyers looking to master strategic negotiation and settlement advocacy. The highly- interactive program includes dynamic presentations, hands-on exercises, and expert-led discussions. 

Later in the month, the Mass Torts Made Perfect conference will be held October 8 - 10, 2024, at the Bellagio Hotel, Las Vegas. This premier event for plaintiff attorneys and paralegals focuses on mass tort and class action lawsuits and offers valuable CLE networking opportunities, seminars, and webinars.

Rounding out October, the Law Di Gras conference, set for October 24 - 27, 2024, at the Rancho Bernardo Inn, San Diego, offers a unique music festival-themed experience. This conference bridges the gap between doctors and lawyers, focusing on chronic pain syndromes, orthopedic and spine injuries, and litigation. Attendees can gain tools to communicate complex injuries effectively.


The Business of Law conference, scheduled for November 1 - 3, 2024, at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa, is a must-attend event for attorneys. It offers insights from industry experts on business principles and building successful firms. The schedule features exceptional lectures, sessions, and networking activities, providing up to 16 CLE credits.


Looking ahead to January, the Trial Lawyers Summit 2025 will take place from January 27 to 30, 2025, at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. Attendees can earn over 24 CLE hours plus ethics, enjoy 10+ networking events, and browse our exhibit hall, which features 90+ vendor booths. 

MARCH 2025

March offers The Motorcycle Accident Summit, set for March 5 - 7, 2025, at the Conrad Hotel Orlando. This conference, led by successful attorneys and experts, covers essential topics for handling motorcycle cases, from business management to trial skills. Participants can earn up to 12 CLE credits with our curated lineup of over two dozen motorcycle industry experts, lawyer presenters, and expert panels.

APRIL 2025

The TBI Med Legal Conference will be held in April at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina in San Diego, CA. This conference is dedicated to education and advocacy in Traumatic Brain Injury cases. It offers seminars, case studies, and expert consultations to support legal professionals navigating the complexities of TBI cases. Sometimes referred to as medical school to lawyers, attendees can earn up to 14 CLE credits.
