Army wife and mother of three’s family is set to receive $9.5 million to settle a lawsuit over medical malpractice.
According to the lawsuit, in November 2020, 31-year-old Julie Bond underwent a surgery to remove some weight after giving birth known as a gastric bypass.
She had her surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center, where the lawsuit says all her problems began.
