Family Seeks $100M in Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Shawntray Grant's family has filed a $100 million wrongful death lawsuit against housing and management companies that overlooked the property where Grant was living when he was killed.

Grant was shot on June 15, 2018 in the parking lot of The View at Oglethorpe after enjoying a night out with friends.

Prior to two men being arrested for Grant's murder, his family announced their intent to sue the City of Savannah, the Savannah Housing Authority, LEDIC management group, No Punches Pulled Security and Hitch Phase II.
